The very nature of our business is in itself eco friendly, everything is hired and thus reused many times over – this makes our “carbon footprint” at Mars very minimal and environmentally friendly. And there is no compromise on quality either; we take great care with our stock, treating it with loads of TLC to maintain the highest standards. So you can feel confident and comfortable with your choices when you work with us, not only can you be assured of the quality, but  it puts a tick in the ‘environmentally sustainable’ box, as well as saving you time, money and hassle.

Pricing policies

We base our pricing on fair market value for quality products. However, that said, we are always approachable and will match any reasonable written quote.

FAQ’s
Question -  I have indicated what my budget is – so why the proposal over budget?

Answer – Simply because we like to give you choices. Generally you will find several suggestions and options for you to choose from and we will often include items that we know from experience you may need, but have not requested, so we add then in just in case, it’s easier to remove what isn’t needed, than realise late in the game that something was overlooked.
This is just a part of the “tweaking process” where we tailor to suit your event and your preferences

Question – Why can’t I just get a price over the phone?

Answer – We have learned the hard way that simply stating an item price without included the rest of the costs involved is often considered misleading by potential clients, which is the last thing we want!  we are always open about costs, everything is always fully itemized and presented in writing. Being a ‘ full service’ event styling/Themeing company  we offer ‘as standard’ in our pricing the delivery and installation & midnight bump-out of all items hired.
